1. Who We Are & Service Description

Twinz ("Twinz", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Pragmati Networks LTD, a company registered in Israel. Twinz is a home-service matching platform that connects users with independent service providers. When you submit a service request, our intake assistant collects the details of your request, we match you with one or more providers, and we deliver results and updates to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. By using twinz.me you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Twinz. By submitting a request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request and receive services at the specified address.

3. How the Service Works

You describe your service need through our chat or form. We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to structure your request and identify suitable providers. We then contact providers on your behalf and/or share your request with providers and lead partners (see Section 6), who may contact you directly. Any agreement for services, pricing, and the work itself is solely between you and the provider you choose.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide truthful and complete information when submitting a service request. You must not use Twinz for any unlawful purpose, submit fraudulent or automated requests, impersonate others, or harass, abuse, or defraud service providers or other users.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a request and providing consent, you agree that Twinz, matched providers, and, where applicable, third-party lead buyers may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS/WhatsApp) about your request, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

6. Lead Sharing & Third Parties

Depending on the service and how you reach us, your request and contact details may be shared with matched providers and/or sold or transmitted to third-party lead aggregators, marketplaces, and their downstream buyers, who may contact you about your request. We share your information with these parties only where you have consented to be contacted. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Independent Contractors

All service providers matched through Twinz are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Twinz or Pragmati Networks LTD. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work, and we do not guarantee their licensing, qualifications, insurance, pricing, or the quality, safety, or legality of any service they provide. You are responsible for vetting any provider before engaging them.

8. Fees

Submitting a service request through Twinz is free for users. Service providers may pay fees to participate in our network. Any charges for the actual services you receive are set and collected by the provider, not by Twinz.

9. Intellectual Property

The Twinz platform, including its content, software, and branding, is owned by Pragmati Networks LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Twinz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a suitable provider will be found for every request, that providers will be available within your requested time frame, or that the quality of any service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinz and Pragmati Networks LTD shall not be liable for any damages of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform or from services rendered by matched providers or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims is zero US dollars ($0). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinz and Pragmati Networks LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any service provider.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Twinz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
