1. Service Description

Twinz ("we", "us", "our") operates a home service matching platform that connects users with independent service providers in the United States. When you submit a service request, we contact multiple providers on your behalf and deliver results via SMS or WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Twinz. By submitting a request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to receive services at the specified address.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide truthful and complete information when submitting a service request. You must not use Twinz for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent requests, or to harass or abuse service providers.

4. Independent Contractors

All service providers matched through Twinz are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Twinz. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work. Any contract for services is solely between you and the provider.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Twinz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a suitable provider will be found for every request, that providers will be available within your requested time frame, or that the quality of any service will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from services rendered by matched providers. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Twinz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
