When you submit a service request we collect: your full name, US mobile phone number, service address (including ZIP code), a description of your service need, your preferred availability, and your preferred contact channel (SMS or WhatsApp). We also collect standard web analytics data such as UTM parameters when present.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to match you with suitable service providers and to send you results and follow-up communications via SMS or WhatsApp. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Information Sharing
Your contact details are shared with matched service providers so they can reach you directly. We use Twilio to deliver SMS and WhatsApp messages; Twilio processes your phone number in accordance with their privacy policy. No other third parties receive your personal data.
4. Data Retention
Service request data is retained for up to 12 months for operational purposes, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Twinz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
