Twinz ("Twinz", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Pragmati Networks LTD, a company registered in Israel. twinz.me is part of Pragmati Networks LTD, which acts as the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use twinz.me, how we use it, and who we share it with.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact details — your full name, mobile phone number, and, in some flows, your email address.
  • Service request details — the service address (including street, city, and ZIP/postal code), a description of the work or problem you need help with, the type of professional you are looking for, your preferred availability, and your preferred contact channel (SMS or WhatsApp).
  • Conversation data — the messages you exchange with our intake assistant and with providers, including chat history and any details you share during those conversations.
  • Consent records — where you provide express consent to be contacted, we record the consent text shown to you, the time of consent, your IP address, your browser user-agent, the page URL, and certification identifiers from consent-verification providers (such as TrustedForm and Jornaya/LeadiD).
  • Technical & usage data — your IP address, approximate country/location derived from it, device and browser information, a session identifier, marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags), and analytics events about how you use the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: understand your service request and match you with suitable service providers; contact you with results, follow-ups, and confirmations via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone; operate, maintain, and improve the platform; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations, including telemarketing and consent record-keeping requirements; and, where you have consented, share your request with the third parties described below.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information in the following ways:

  • Matched service providers — your contact details and service request are shared with one or more independent providers so they can reach you directly to quote and perform the work.
  • Third-party lead buyers and marketplaces — depending on the service and how you reached us, your request and contact details may be sold or transmitted to third-party lead aggregators, marketplaces, and the downstream buyers they work with, who may contact you about your request. We only share your information with these parties where you have consented to be contacted.
  • Service providers (processors) — we use trusted vendors to operate the platform, including Twilio (SMS, WhatsApp, and voice delivery), our cloud hosting and database providers (such as Vercel and Neon), artificial-intelligence providers that help process your request (see Section 5), and consent-verification providers (such as TrustedForm and Jornaya). These vendors process your data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
  • Analytics and advertising partners — we use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and campaign performance (see Section 7).
  • Legal and safety — we may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Twinz, our users, or others.

5. AI Processing

We use artificial-intelligence and large-language-model providers to understand your messages, structure your service request, generate replies, and evaluate provider responses. Conversation content and request details may be processed by these providers to deliver these features. We aim to limit the personal data sent to AI providers to what is necessary to process your request.

6. Communications & Consent

By submitting a request and providing consent, you agree to receive calls and text messages (SMS/WhatsApp) about your request from Twinz, matched providers, and, where applicable, third-party buyers — including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you may contact us to stop other communications.

7. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and consent-verification scripts (TrustedForm, Jornaya) — to operate the site, remember your session, measure performance, and attribute marketing campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

8. Data Retention

We retain service request data for up to 12 months for operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Consent records and certain transactional logs may be retained longer where required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (for example, telemarketing consent record-keeping). You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Twinz is operated by Pragmati Networks LTD in Israel and serves users in other countries. Your information may be processed in, and transferred to, Israel, the United States, and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

Twinz is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Twinz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
